thank you so much for your reply.yes its disheartening but as i said new movements take time and i will reap the rewards with time and effort both of which i have.

i'm due my 2nd lesson next week and i hope i can move on having accomplished the basic motion by then.already i have improved the motion a great deal by doing alot of work at home and chipping the floor of our dining area which my wife killed me for....
