I don't think that the Right Elbow Aligned ahead of the Ball at Impact is practical or feasible enough to Pattern the Components with the Ball located forward in your stance as with a Left Shoulder Centered Swing. But it's obvious that, if the Center of the Stroke is behind the Ball, then during Impact, the Clubhead would be traveling Forward, Up and In, not Forward, Down and Out.
