Don't get caught in letting the lie influence your shot, meaning if you are not on the green you don't use your putter. I've used a putter out of a sand trap at times. Of course, when I say most players would do better, I mean if you don't practice a lot then the chip shot with an iron has more opportunity to be bad compared to the putter. The club selection takes into consideration your skill level, amount of practice, consistency, confidence, etc with any given club. For example sometimes the 3 wood off the tee could be better than your driver. Not necessarily for every shot but overall you would do better with the 3 wood versus the driver IF you were not hitting the driver well. 2) You have to ask yourself - why did he have such a higher rate of hand speed in the practice swings as opposed to when he hit the ball? Is that a good thing? Is that a bad thing? WHY?? I'm not making a judgment - I'm saying that's interesting. __________________ Life Goal- Developing a new theory of movement based on Brain Science Interests - Dabbling with insanity Hobbies- Creating Quality Last edited by Mike O : 12-31-2015 at 09:38 PM.
