It is the action which starts the release of the accumulated power through(and beyond )impact.

Yes.

It simply gives awareness which part is to be active during execution

eg in a 3 barrel swing. The right shoulder and wrist is active.. If the right forearm is active you are Hitting. ( Emote : hides to make sure DG is not around)

Basic Motion One barrel accumulator 1 Hit.. Right forearm is active and thrown.

Trigger Happy!
Trigger Types (7-20) are termed "Throws" whether they "throw" or are "thrown".

Release Types (6-N-0) are classified as Automatic (triggered mechanically) or Non-Automatic (triggered muscularly). Your choice.

This is a topic that can be a bit confusing with regards to the term "throw." There are of course the Throws deliniated in Chapter 10 . . . .Hand Throw, Right Arm Throw, Shoulder Turn Throw, Delivery Path Throw and Wrist Throw. However, there is another throw (not capitalized) as well. The motion should be as described in 2-N "an Underhand Pitch motion and Feel."

So basically the underhand pitch motion is the 10 mile high view and the Throws as in Chapter 10 are how the Power Package is Triggered to Release.

With all that being said . . . which Throw or throw would you like to discuss?

Yikes!~
