Hi Bucket - great images aren't they... he has a Hoganesque frame and backswing pivot ( zone 1) IMO... but wrist action and grip are different.
The clubface is parallel to the left forearm at the top... plane is fairly flat so it has a look of shut but it is still open to the plane line...
His method of closing the clubface seems to involve an agled hinge which he keeps on doing without the finish swivel... it looksl ike he keeps the right forearm on plane throughout the follow through to finish section... like an extension of the hinge action ... maybe scared of swivelling too soon therefore ignores the swivel completely - hence the semi-chicken wing "appearance"... bu that is "style" not substance.
This guy is good ! Wish he were a Euro come Ryder cup - he plays like one of us!!! (just a little teaser for 14 months time when we come and visit you guys in Kentucky!)!
What do y'all think about what P.K. is cookin' up?
Bucket,
Haven't showered or shaved in 48 hours - eating potato chips out of a bag -pull yourself together big guy! I'll watch the forum while you take a 10 minute break.
No knock on PK- for all I know they wing these things. But I would say that all the body rotation to prevent the clubface from closing that he talks about- isn't there- before impact. To me compared to most - he lacks some body turn pre-impact. Now, if he did get alot of body rotation pre-impact to stop the face from closing- then once the ball was gone I'd imagine that he could have more of a "normal" swivel in the follow-through.
I'd say with a strong grip and lack of a lot of body rotation on the downswing- he prevents the face from closing with arm or hand "blockage" as opposed to body "blockage". As he prevents clubface rotation with the arms and hand motion- probably via just his awareness and sense of the clubface via it's relationship to the longitudinal center of gravity- then the body responds and follows that into the follow-through and finish- and that's where you see a lot of "extra" body rotation- post impact.
If I breezed through something too fast - questions welcomed. However, I won't answer any Bucket Shower questions or personal hygiene questions.
P.S. the Scope, Soap, under arm deodorant on your desk this morning was left by MAC- although the whole office chipped in to buy them.

I'd say I agree with your analysis psychofreakazoidmongoloidiangooballyardape.
Did you look at Boo's motion? What do you think? He has more swivel than Zach . . . but it is still releatively late . . . grip type deal?
Showers are overrated . . . Mac putt my paychecks under a bar of soap for the first 2 months of the year . . . I was about to quit because I thought he wasn't paying me.

I followed everything until you got to ...yard ape? I'd of thought you would have wanted the "L" key and not the "Y" key. You're slipping!
I'd personally rather have Boo's motion than Zach's. Can't tell by the camera angle but you get the feeling they both play the ball back a little to offset those grips (can't tell though- so I could be completely wrong on that). I'd rather spend time working on my game though - versus analyzing these guys.

The questions!!!! Answer the questions!!!
Oh! I see! You're actually trying to get better via all these questions and postings. I thought we were just messing around- for kicks! OK calm down, calm down- geeeeeeeeeeez! And I prefer to be referred to as Mr. Boogahnoze- Thank you. Is that another question- that you already know the answer to- come on! Or are you just hoping that they'll be a tidbit that you hadn't thought about. My psychology degree wants to know what's going on behind the question. Answer the Question!!!!!!!!
Note: Question purposely not answered- so that A) you're blood pressure may max out and/or B) you may blow booga's all over the inside of your windshield while you're driving down the road.
Wasn't it just a day ago or so that you were at 2000- Now 2062! What's your therapist been saying about that? You did tell her didn't you? Well, didn't you? Oh NO!
P.S. Bagger, Your site limited me to 8 images - I had 11 but it would only allow 8!! Come on! How am I to express myself here- please check into an upgrade! There is no reason to limit the number of images I have in my post- at least I don't think so.

Me too. Don't know enough of TGM to explain why but Boo's swing just looks so much better to me
