Is it a result of the motion? How can it
be developed to be consistent?
I have used "Tour Tempo" with mixed results.
thanks,
Jimma
Tempo: the speed you move.
Rhythm: the speeds the arms and club move.

"Sustain (Yang/陽) the lag (Yin/陰)" is "the unification of Ying and Yang" (陰陽合一).
The "LAW" creates the "effect", which is the "motion" or "feel", with the "cause", which is the "intent" or "command".
"Lag" is the secret of golf, passion is the secret of life.
Think as a golfer, execute like a robot.
Rotate, twist, spin, turn. Bend the shaft.
Physical mechanics alone will never make you look as smooth as a porn star's crotch. You need the right mind mechanics too.
Just as a sprite 20 year old will never stroke the ball like a living carcass on legs (an old guy), the man who has his mind in the right place will never be jerky.
