It should cover in order the following:
1. The Practice Stroke -- Over the ball, the extent of the swing, thoughts, what's accomplished
2. The Waggle --
3. The Forward Press -- Impact Position?
Although 3-F-5 only covers a page and a half I believe this posting will be quite long if all the important details are included.
I believe this is a very important step that I must make automatic. As I saw in one of the searches I conducted on the site said: " ...if done properly this allows you to hit your second ball first". And my second ball always goes where I whished my first ball went.
