I recently have really triedto committo 3-F-5, John Riggers post saying he jsut needed to commit that section to breed more success earlier in the season. I have had a hard time to commiting to the swing, and really like the idea of the waggle going back and through past the ball in order to program swing through to follow through as well as help program the selected hinge action.
HOwever I do struggle some zone one sometimes, and tend to roundhouse some shots a bit by comming out of myposuter and moving myhips closerto the ball.
I find that the only way to utalize the kind of practice swing/ waggle over the inside aft quadrent of the ball would be to
1-Shorten the radius
2- stand up a bit- or come up out of your posture a bit.
Both would be extremely disruptive if they were actually implimened. I want to aviod stadnig up at all costs, however shortening the radius produces a pecking type motion and also the very quiting that i feel this practice swing procedure is designed to defend against
