Total Motion (12-5-3)

Does anyone know why the items in the Total Motion Stage of the Basic Motion Curriculum (12-5-3) are in this order?

The Components in Basic Motion and Acquired Motion are basically in the order in which the motion develops from static, to mimimum motion to larger motion.

But in Total Motion, Finish and Finish Swivel are items #2 and #3, Address Routine only comes as item #7, Impact Fix even as late as #12. And - most amazing - Right Arm Takeaway, Flying Wedges, Centrifugal Force, Lag Loading and Right Elbow Position are the last items on that list.
