I can hit the fairwood fairly good, straight with 5 wood around 200 yards, just pick up with right forearm and hit down. With the iron, 50% of the shots I can feel that my club is too layback. A single handicap friend told me that I need more roll on the iron, as the iron sweet spot is higher than the wood. With the driver, can hit fairly straight, sometime on the toe with pushing shot, but the distance is only 240 yards, very low and no rolling after the ball lands. Any obvious reasons, faults and ways to fix? Too flat backswing for iron? etc.. To summarize: Driver: accuarcy fair good, bad shots is the toe shots, pushing to the right, distance is my problem: 230-240 yards, low shots with no rolling. Woods: with ball on the ground, hit very well. Irons: clubface layback at impact, sometimes hit behind. Thanks in advance.
