Lynn, I'm going to post that small clip of you and Ben hitting the impact bag- it was a conversation, without words mind you, in Flat Lagging Left Wrist. It remines me of two Jedi masters talking around an "impact bag campfire" after the young Jedis put their hinges and flying wedges away for the day.
