Any ideas or drills that i could work on?

I don't have a good video from the range but i've attached one i took in the back yard without a ball.

Bergsey,

IMO you need to work on your set up. Hoganesque (Five Lessons) overkill with those inverted elbows and rigid arms. Where's the Bandages.

Could I suggest that you adopt a start up position but WITHOUT a club in your hands, just let your arms hang naturally and see where the inside of your elbows are anatomically meant to be.

Now take your grip on the club with your elbows in this correct, relaxed, position and get into your set up mode.

At this point a further, and most important adjustment to your present set up, is needed and that is to bend your right arm whilst keeping your left arm straight.

When you swing the club you should arrive at impact with the same degree of bend in your right arm as you had at set up.

Your problem is not so much a mistiming of release but one of running out of right arm and then flipping at the ball.
