I am only answering #2 on a CP model (hitting) Fade.
45DEG LEFT HAND AND 20DEG RIGHT.
angles change if the hands raise through impact.
WHICH WILL CHANGE THE ASPECT OF THE GRIP. But not loss of Prpoints. However baseline changes will promate this movement.
I am a hitter however most of the time.
