Motion) or Lays Back Only (Vertical Hinge
Motion).
Notice that I have used
Motion as a differentiating term here. The Hinge
Action as executed by the Flat Left Wrist (remaining Vertical to either the Horizontal or Vertical Plane) produces a corresponding Hinge
