10-18-F wrist action
I think quite a few swingers use 10-18-F "Special" - single wrist action backstroke and a standard wrist action downstroke.

The standard wrist action downstroke fits well with swinging and sequenced release.

Not many swingers turn the left hand to plane as early as Hogan or Sergio appear too - so I guess that is more in the single wrist action backstroke style. The appearance of the sole of the club being parallel to the spine about 1/3 of the way into backswing is what I am thinking of here... I think that you see that being taught sometimes and that seems closer to single wrist action on the backswing.

ANyone agree ?
