I would recommend spending some time in the "Gallery" watching the videos. They will provide some great visual information that will help make more of an impact on your learning. You can start at any one of them. The more you watch the more all this will begin to sink in and things will make more sence. Take your time and let your incubator soak it all in....you will be in for an amazing, fog lifting experience, trust me.
