For newbies in the world of Internet posting, using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS is
yelling.
We have a full complement of word emphasis tools here --
bold, italics and
underline. Also, combinations thereof. Plus
color. Even
bold color. With or without
sizing! Except in the most extreme circumstances (usually to satisfy a literary intent), please use them.
These techniques will avoid the simplistic -- and irksome -- ALL CAPS approach.
