I have seen it posted that when either swinging or hitting, Yoda has a parralel hip slide, as well as tracing a straight plane line, insted of the normal cross line procedure for hitting.
What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of an online hip slide and tracing the plane line not the angle of approach?
I have also noticed based on videos that Yoda does not use the impact fix as adjusted adress, yet he still aplied extensor action, is there a reason?
