If I may.

Okie when you say "Baaaad" I recognize that you know the subject is "goat humping". I didnt notice this in Styles swing by the way but I am something of an expert on the subject, although not of the caliber of Bucket say.

So in this form of a swing snare, the hips thrust toward the ball in transition (as opposed to the good old fashioned head bob) BUT in a fascinating and totally subconscious effort to keep the Radius properly measured or stretched to the ball, the shoulder frame is lifted as a compensation. So basically what starts at one end of the machine works its way to the Left Shoulder, the Center of the Swing Radius, thereby ruining the Geometry of the Circle and disrupting the Clubhead's orbit. With the Left Shoulder on the move, you are no longer Tracing a Straight Plane line, low point is moving etc etc. You may time it well sometimes but not all the time.

As for your third and forth questions. I'd say that we clear the right hip going back with a simple turn of the right hip and then clear the right hip (again) in transition with a Hip Slide and Delayed Turn. Two "clears", not one assuming Axis Tilt. Simply doing this precludes the "hump" most likely but if you are struggling or choose not to Tilt your Axis you can simply try to keep your rump back in transition. "Ass back golf", as I call it.

This relates to the "keeping your spine angle" of popular golf speak.

Dr D , would you concur?
