Question: There is also talk about a lagging takeaway (for swingers). Is that different than RFT or is it possible to have a lagging takeaway with RFT?
Not possible - the right forearm moves up and in immediately with the right wrist bent at impact fix amount if starting at impact fix, or right wrist bending if starting at normal address position.
