Remember the quote:

Your answer about thrust is half of the answer. The complete answer should include

"Clubhead Lag deals exclusively with the Sweet Spot Plane and is always driven directly into Impact - through a point, normally, on the inside-aft quadrant of the ball" per 7-11
I find in the wording of 7-3, there is an:
1. "Angle of Approach position of the Right Forearm"
2. "Angle of Approach of the Clubhead"

But, in 2-J-3, there are two "Procedures":
1. "Arc of Approach Delivery Line"
2. "Angle of Approach Delivery Line" or "Angle of Approach procedure"

The first quote does not say: "Swingers and Hitters both drive the sweet spot at the inside aft quadrant of the ball on an Angle of Approach procedure!"
