The club can be
pulled by the
pivot (radially or longitudinally or both simultaneously or in an order)-pivot swinging, the
shoulders-shoulder swinging, the
right arm-right arm swinging, the
left arm-the left arm swinging, the
hands-hand swinging, and their combinations.
The club can be
pushed by the body parts and their combinations.
The club can be
snapped by the body parts and their combinations.
The club is usually
moved by (BUT NOT LIMITTED TO) the combinations of the above combinations, according to the player's
recognition,
preferance and
intent at the moment.
The less the action, the better the precision; the more the action, the potentially stronger the motion.

YOU load and sustain the "LAG", during which the "

beyond impact.
"Sustain (

陰陽合一).
The "
LAW" creates the "
