Factions and fractions within our own community are always going to be a fact of life. If you ever work on committees you learn that fast.

Down Under TGM is still looked at as a 'whole' and all I have to worry about is the outsiders picking at it. But we are winning those skirmishes through good info as opposed to personality picking.

As an overseas viewer of TGM in the US I look at the various camps and see each has different skills sets. At least those skill sets are there to ask questions of and can work independantly of each other without really stepping on each others toes in terms of where each gets their bread and butter from.

Its a BIG pie out there and all groups are making the TGM pie bigger and bigger.
