Just a tidbit and a thought.

Homer - being the observer he was (with an investigators mind if you will) - realized the cross line thrust was out towards right field from a 16 year old.

A quick thought.

Once thrust ceases, lag does as well, no?

Sorry if I thread jacked but I am all giddy over here.
