Hard to say from a face on view, but even with a lob wedge, are those clubs too short for you? How tall are you?

It looks to me that you stand very upright and don't have much bend from the hips or knees, which could explain why it looks like the club is too short for you.

Do you have any down the line?

As far as your motion, your upper body/arms move better than most, but your lower body/pivot is quite motionless. Imagine if you were going to try to break down a door with the back of your left shoulder, how your legs would support/flex/respond to that motion. You want a bit of that in your pivot, let those legs/knees/torso get a touch more active.
