I meant to indicate to get the left wrist back to flat. If you have the left wrist bowed at the top, do you have to get it back to flat by impact?
I don't think it necessarily must return to flat at impact (although flat is always recommended). It can be slightly bowed at impact although other adjustments must be made to accomodate (others can weigh in here). Most folks just establish their wedges and keep'em that way (KISS approach).
