personnaly, i think snead explains it ALMOST right, but doing it right. Meaning its lying in the cup with the fingers around the shaft. The IN-LINE condition with the shaft is made with the right forearm and overlapping the left thumb per TGM in the cup of the hand but only showing us his fingers view. Basically, I just think he described only the fingers not in the hands kinda deal...M&M!
