Should I infer from your comment that I should monitor that the hands do not tend to take the club inside the plane line?
No, the club stays on plane.. but the initial thrust to send the club onplane is inside in relation to the plane line from an overhead view. The club lays on the inclined plane and with the club leaning forward in impact fix address the pressure you put on that club to set it into its initial motion (from address) is inwards and upwards.

If you set the club at address with no forward or backward lean, the direction of the initial pressure is now perfectly inline with the plane line and not inwards nor upwards. Instantly it will of course go inwards and upwards but the golfer did not have to think about this during startup to get the weight on the end of your club traveling on the correct orbit cos once you set it in motion, the clubhead will tend to keep on the plane that you set it on.

Not that I think impact fix address is bad, there are many good arguements but just this is my personal preference and my reasoning why....
