I've got the XX Strong version, of the original Speed Chain. I've also got the new one that hasn't hit the web, just yet. It works well with Roll, so Swingers will like it. I'm not sure when it's coming to market.

As far as the drills go, I need to do some additional testing. I've tried a number of different things. So, I need to figure out the best plan of attack. I'm working with some of my students to see what brings the quickest and most sustained improvement.

almost there
I have a new goal in mind, now. I reached 128 mph with a dowel and impact bag today, but I still can't get above 124 with a club (yet). 130's the new goal with both. We'll see what happens during the winter.

Put the kids on your back and start with 20 pushups.

When you get to 130 you'll get to 130.
