Q to the experts: Absolutely frozen right wrist?

You can see in the picture in 9-2-10#2 that the Right Wrist is LEVEL and the right forearm is on plane. The Left Wrist becomes fully uncocked by the Follow Through 9-3-11 & 9-2-11#2 (Pictures).

Some True Swingers probably don't FEEL the Bent and Level Right Wrist as RIGID or FROZEN as Hitters, but it should still be in the B/L Condition.

Here's what I see regarding right wrist positions from the pictures:

9-2-1#2: Uncocked (preliminary address)
9-2-5#1: Level (backstroke
9-2-7: Seems to be partly cocked (start down)
9-2-8: Level (down stroke)
9-2-10#2: Uncocked (impact)

I've read 6-B-3-0-1, but I haven't figuered out how it is possible yet.
