I like the underlying concept of Tour Tempo. I only started using it @ 3 months ago and have not played recently to say one way or the other whether it has improved my game. I view it more as something that should be ingrained subconsciously rather than having to work hard to achieve it...kind of like something to help you remember and will help you to relax when your swing is out of whack.
