I was just reviewing Ben's 24 component video were he talks about the Pivot. I never realized how much time he spends on it. Here are some interesting comments: Quote: "Feet dictate the whole motion" "Put the same amount of pressure in the feet, into the ball". I'm pretty sure that Ben understands ground forces. He also said that feet pressure is the first thing he learned in golf when he was a kid.
