I dunno, there may be some terminology issues there but you can only "uncock the right wrist" if you have cocked it in the first place which would destroy the RFFW. Im talking vertical right hand cocking not bending. Holding on to a cocked left wrist is Steering , fore right. Right hand bend is the other side of the flat left wrist so it isnt released or whatever.
I was thinking you were talking about your right elbow straightening and uncocking the left wrist but maybe Im wrong. Do you cock the right wrist UP , vertically?
No,not as far as I know O-B,thats the one thing I have trained out of my system, now last week,I never concentrated on using R/ wrist cocking down at all, still hit the ball well.....Im not going to use it until Im aware of whats going on with it.....maybe only in practice.....dont like going against homers work
I don't know that I follow all of what you are describing, but it sounds like you are keeping your bent right wrist and getting to an auto snap release, pitch elbow. The only reason I would guess you are giving up some distance is by focusing on the bent right wrist, your release isn't as free as it might otherwise be.
Try a focus on aiming point with your driver, it may free things up a bit and get much more distance.
