lol - that's a great image thanks )
I certainly know what it should look like and you made a good guess - At impact my hands are not leading enough.
And one of the things I have been trying to work on was to increase this forward lean of the club and keeping the hands leading. But I am aware that I was also fully uncocking at impact. If I do a slow motion swing - I'm fine. If I chip - I'm fine. Just full shots at speed - particularly driver and longer clubs.

Mud Ball,
Do you have a Taly?
If you are cheating on your alignments, it will help you see it quick!

No I don't have a Taly - but I know what you mean - I've been to the site and watched some of the videos. I wasn't sold on the website - although I have heard from golf blogs that some people like it as a training aid. I'll take another look... thanks

Dave, don't use it like they teach you, use it the way YODA teaches you!

I might think that if you can do it in slow motion then start in slow motion and notch up your speed keeping swing alignments intact until full speed swing "works" also

Taly Talk
Thanks, Kev.
Man, we do need a specific video on this (in hi-def!). Taly Williams, the device inventor, is a true friend of LBG, and we've talked several times about a video.
Stay tuned!
PS Does it seem like there are a lot of 'stay tuned's' lately? Well . . .
Stay tuned!
