...I've said for years, the USGA could make 2 changes to the rules that would affect the game dramatically without worrying about grooves...
1)10 clubs...not 14
2)ALL shots must be played off the GROUND (no tees)
Think that would end the 460 cc drivers?
It will never happen though...it would make the game "too hard"
