1. What is the MAGNITUDE of the force YOU apply? (Lbs. or Kg.)

2. Where is YOUR point of application? (ie. #1 pp, #3 pp, other)

I would appreciate many short answers.

Thanks

Hitting

Startup from Fix with EA turned on.

1. Just enough to straighten the string like inert left arm.
2. #1

Swinging.

Startup from Adjusted with EA turned almost off. Dial it up pressure wise during Backstroke (by about the time the hands are over the right leg) to snap the Hands back into their Address Fix/ IMpact Hands alignment.

1. as above
2. #1.

Note; I had a slight muscle strain in my left shoulder once from too much EA pressure. So Id say that it is possible to over do it.

Great question. Im interested in hearing from the guys who use #3.
