?? 21st ??, the first 7 each containing significant andvances. And from where HK left there have been MANY with concepts they believe to be significant advances, but, only to be rebuffed because they were not where HK left his work. Is that a problem? Who is to be the arbitor?

I agree. But I don't think that each of the 7 editions were significant advances. His concepts became more refined and clarified but they were super significant in the 1st Edition.
There are so many concepts that would need to move page by page and write them down as I go.

Homer's Odyssey
Who here owns the 6th edition? Who owns only the 7th?
Corrections need to be made, editorial (6th) and substantive (7th).
Let me know your interest, and I will post.

I have the 6th and 7th and would love to see your notes. We worked through some of it years ago, but a refresher would be GREAT!
Thanks,
Kevin

I have only the 7. edition, but have noticed that hinge action doesn't belong to zone #2, but zone #3.

I just picked up a copy of the 4th. It sounds like the 5th came out shortly after the 4th. Is there much difference between the 4th and 5th?
Thanks,
Kevin

To be honest I have not read ed. 4 and 5 from cover to cover but e.g. I noticed that 2-J-3 changed: 4th Ed. has short A-D items, the 5th dropped the Aiming Point delivery line, and 6th went to two very long paragraphs A and B.

4th edition was a nightmare - most of the bindings were poorly done. He re-glued/taped many of them himself before sending out.
One thru three - probably the coolest - that thin green book with the yellow book cover and plastic cover on some and the glossy paper that was used inside - VERY NICE! Most unique would be the 3rd edition paperback version. Haven't thought about it but maybe the reason for the paperback was the shortage of funds at the time - maybe it was the pre-flight to the hard copy that wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Don Shaw writing Homer a check to make it happen. Homer hand wrote in Don's copy - something to the effect - "Wouldn't have happened without you". Probably why the 3rd hard back and the 3rd paperback can be the toughest to find - due to the limited amount produced.
