I'm definitly not an expert but I think EA action is just in the direction of the left arm, i.e. it is used to keep it taut. For #11, you seem to have way too much tension, EA and pressure on #1 to motor the swing should leave the FLW without holding it.
For #12, I have not figured out completely the RFT but don't forget tracing the plane line, so the RFT is a combination of "up" and "fanning". See e.g. the "walrus and war chant" video from David Orr.
