I have a friend who purchased a Swingwave (not near me, in California) and swears it helps develop lag and release. Does anyone out there have any experience using the Swingwave. I kind on like it from the perspective that I can put it in my suitcase to workout but am not convinced it will help. Of course, he scoffs at dowels, rackets, impact bag, Tac Tic, and such.
