When I use a lag takeaway I start at mid body and 'feel' that the shaft stays 'up the inside' of my right forearm. A very right sided feel starting back. Like I hit the ball with the entire 'inside' of the forearm from wrist to elbow. A very clear feel of float loading and shoulder turn throw to 'sling' the club away from the body.
As I recall, this is the same Takeaway you used to hit it by me 8 inches on the 6th at Crooked Cat at Orlando National at our Academy last year.
Or was is the 7th?
Or the 8th?
Whatever!
Or maybe it was 8 feet.
Or yards.
Or Whatever!
You and your Lag-Pressured Right Side...
See you at The Barclays at Westchester C.C. next August!
Im not too sure...it sure looks mean though ...lol
This is a backfist strike here ...
But instead of hitting woman, our job is to hit the vertical plane of the hinge action. So coming down its like a hammer fist punch and then depending when you want to release - it then becomes a backfist strike.....where you hit with the back of a flat left wrist .... imagine that ...lol
Dude I can't stop laughing . . . You topped my Rick James post . . . Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting!!!! Dadadaddaaaa!!!
That dude should be sayin' "I'm Rick James . . . B#@Ch."

Reason: HOLD MY DRANK . . .
All right... Mid-body hands, right arm drag-away(handle moves a little before the clubhead does, to give a rope-like feel).
Now, do you use STANDARD WRIST ACTION with this, where the left wrist TURNS early, or are you more monitoring the Fan of the Right Forearm? And, is the Right Forearm Pickup after your LAG-AWAY, or simultaneously with your LAG-AWAY?
