A Hand Throw has very little thrust from the Pivot and this Pivot is delayed... A Shoulder turn throw 10-20-C is a very sharp acceleration that lends itself toward trigger delay... I could be wrong...I''ve been waiting on a response from Master Yoda.. But to No avail...
