Notice how the inside of Trevino's feet is still on the ground -- evidence that it's being pulled off rather than lifted. The right heel has remained on the ground while the outside part of his feet is being pulled off.

If you look at tour players these days, quite a lot of them do not go through this foot position. Instead, their right foot gets lifted off straight away, without any rolling onto the inside. Example: Tiger Woods (especially with Driver). Any ideas anyone?
