About 3 weeks ago, I injured my left rib cage area on my forward swing. Is there anything that you can suggest to prevent and heal these types of injuries? I should mention that I am 57 years old and mentioned my first injury when I saw my doctor for a checkup in earlu August. He basically said that these things happen and that nothing can be done other than to rest the injury.
