On your own, You learned that the turning shoulders must start your Acceleration Train -- not your arms or hands. Properly subordinated, your arms and hands won't get out of sequence and you will have all the "connection" you need. Thanks for the post! I needed to be reminded of this sequence. Where do the hips fit into this picture (for a hitter)? Do they start the downswing simultaneously with the shoulders, are they passive, or do they start with a slight bump before shoulders?
