He's a legend. It was a pleasure to teach with him. He is humble and cares about others and their improvement in G.O.L.F. He is the antithesis of pretentious, and I was blessed to have met him. As far as teaching Swinging and/or Hitting, I would ask Ben about his approach. Since he is so easily accessible, I'm sure he would be happy to answer.
