dieting and something else
dieting and working out 2 hours a day
i had hip replacement, so i was rehabbing and then got into cardio
about 2 hrs a day total......stretching and cardio
and for food no cholesterol, no fat, no salt
and of course my wife is 5'9 128...eats like its her last meal
geeez what i wouldnt give for 1 piece of chocolate
fyi.....diet is
breakfast= oatmeal, or smart start cereal
lunch= salad......vinegar and oil
dinner- veggies fruit.....and chicken
and for a late night snack..........12 oreo cookies and chocoate milk
WITHOUT THE 12 OREO COOKIES AND CHOCOLATE MILK
THE FUN NOW IS WHEN I GET OUT OF BED..."MY STOMACH COMES WIT ME......
