In the diagram of the Endless Belt of 2-K:
3. There is no #2 Accumulator in the drawing.

I would think there is no #3 in the drawing
OK - So I actually looked in the book and low and behold, you are RIGHT!
I wonder why Homer didn't show any wristcock on the belt?
I could have sworn that belt showed #2.
