It is the basic most common way to throw the clubhead. Pull and release. From the right to the left. A left arm swing slaps the vertical wall (plane) with the back of their left hand- hard and fast. A right arm also pulls but the pivot is more like a hitters making the pull short and turns into a sidearm throw in front of the body.
