I think it's very important that you understand exactly what shaft lean does to the face in this connection . . How much shaft lean is the right amount? What happens to the force vector if you raise the handle up or lower it? What does more #3 accumulator angle do to the rate of rotation of the face for a give amount of hand motion?

All of these have an impact on the line of compression and it may not match what you're intending to do.
