There is plenty to gain from learning to swing andhit.

There is also plenty to gain by learning Right Forearm Pickup.

Like Don Villavaso always says: "You need to play AND practice."

In this case--BOTH ways---hitting and swinging.

Some golfers find Right Forearm Pickup too restrictive. Making a good SPINE CENTERED pivot can work wonders for some players. Try IT on the range and on the course.

Bottom line: Use whatever produces the BEST results on the course!

An alternative to right forearm takeaway is.....standard hip action.....which gives you an "Angled Delivery Path" instead of a straight line path....
